Why did I get multiple order notifications?
When placing an order that contains product(s) from COURANT and PEEL, PEEL fulfills part of the order while COURANT fulfills the other separately. The multiple emails you are receiving are due to the way our system processes orders with PEEL and COURANT products, so you will get two notifications for each step: Order Confirmation, Shipping Notice, and Delivery Confirmation. If you received multiple order confirmations but only ordered PEEL products, please reach out to the support team, we'd love to help! *All COURANT products are fulfilled by our friends at COURANT, these products will ship separately. COURANT chargers only ship within the United States and do not apply towards the free ship minimum.

To change or cancel your order, please first find your order confirmation email that was sent to you. Forward that email to support@buypeel.com and adjust the subject line to read "Order Cancel Request" or "Order Edit Request". In the email please tell us your order number and what you would like to do: To Cancel your order – Please just let us know that you would like to cancel your order. To Edit your order – Please instruct us as to what items you would like removed from your order. Please note that we cannot add items to orders that have already been placed. Note: if your order has already been fulfilled, you won't be able to cancel or edit your order. You will receive a new email confirmation confirming your new order or your requested cancelation.
